It looks like unbaptized babies aren’t the only “souls in limbo” who should be celebrating this week!
When New Orleans residents were allowed back into the 9th Ward this week they arrived just in time to hear the great news about the city’s plan to provide free wireless internet access.
Former residents of the 9th Ward are ecstatic about the free wireless network.<br /><br />
"Now that everywhere is a free hotspot," said one local while he sized up the ruins of his home, "I'll really be able to save money by cutting down on Starbucks visits. Those lattes are expensive."
A family working to dislodge the refrigerator from their car’s windshield said WiFi wasn’t at the top of the list of things for the city to provide but seemed generally appreciative.
