Oh Word, we were on nerdier game shows than you · by Rafi Kam

Junichi of Poplicks (who now also blogs professionally for the Dixie Chicks!) posted a clip of himself on a 1994 episode of “The Price is Right”.

That’s pretty cool but it doesn’t hold a candle to the appearance of our own Nikhil on an episode of Who Wants to Be A Millionaire. This is classic television from host Meredith Viera asking Nikhil if he’s on something to our boy throwing up the Rocafella diamond.

It’s broken into 3 clips here. Enjoy.

There was also my own unsuccessful appearance on Jeopardy but since I don’t have the video in digital form I’ll save that story for a future post.

  3. Yeah Arjun, Nikhil’s the man. We plan to put that comedic camera presence to work by using him for videotaped interview segments.

    Flash, yeah I was. That’s me in the pic. I would have been successful but I couldn’t handle the buzzer timing. Plus I disagreed with Alex’s assertion that I got a particular question wrong and it pretty much took me out of the game.

    Glad this shit is still entertaining people. I hadn’t seen it in a while myself. My life is pretty ridiculous I guess.
