The news reverberated through the echo chamber last week – once again it was “Game on!” for the idea of a hip-hop museum.
In New York, the City Council has allocated 1.5 million dollars to be used for the creation of such a museum in a northeast section of the Bronx.
The reaction so far has been positive but one thing we haven’t seen in all the posts on the proposed museum is any list of what kind of collection will be stored there.
We would like to present to the Hip-Hop museum some contributions from Oh Word’s private archive of photos and artifacts. They should be enshrined for all our future generations so that they may never forget.
