While on tour promoting his new album Food and Liquor, LUPE FIASCO was spotted buying a carton of milk and some gum for $1.84. The muslim rapper told a stunned cashier to “keep the change.”

Is this some satirical entry that my addled mind isn’t understanding, or is it real? If the latter, then I have a couple of questions. What’s the source on this? And how much change was there?

Yeah, I’ve heard it rumored that Lupe claims he doesn’t play with money, but never seen it corroborated. He shoot his mouth off about it somewhere recently?
