With XXL and Hot 97 giving us shine, it was only a matter of time before Ohword crossed over to the lily white shores of the mainstream press. Several astute readers tipped us off about a blurb in Blender and wouldn’t you know it, they’re giving us props like we’re the Beatnuts on a world tour. Sex Drugs and Rock N Roll finally meets Stunts Blunts and Hip Hop.
Ok, so it’s not Time’s 50 most influential list yet but we’re working on that. Plus we’re not complaining about that Avril Lavigne cover. And this is coming from someone who’s never had anything but hatred for that chick.
Next stop: Chemist’s Digest’s Hot Tape section.
