Yeah I’ve been kind of shocked by the 4 pounds a week pace I’m going at but “unhealthy”? It’s much less unhealthy than having those extra 21 lbs of fat.
Basically all I’m doing is eating healthy all day and maintaining around 2000 calories everyday. That and now I’ve incorporated a little jail style exercise routine (pushups and jumping jacks).
265 to 244 in 5 weeks (including 4.5 in this past week alone – and I drank excessively saturday night!). Remember though that when you start off fat it’s easier to shed high numbers.

Jimmy, when we shot that I was at the same weight I’d been for a while.
I’m down nearly 20 lbs from dieting in the past 5 weeks though.
It won’t be visible in the next video (more old footage) but in the ones after.
