  5. i see this went all viral on the internets hip hop blogz today, but can i chime in and say its not really that good? no disrespect to chong wizard (which is a dope name btw…)

    i was hyped after the download as the intro played, and was ready to log into wordpress and re-link. after a listen i was brought back to reality. its a clever idea, the cover is hot, but these are sloppy blends at best. when the dj manages to get the timing right, the pitch is off. half the moods dont fit…

    i know everyones all having flashbacks to the grey album, the brown album, etc, but this last crop of jayzemixes are just kinda eh.

    like jay and ghosts recent albums, this just made me want to queue up ironman and reasonable doubt.

  6. farsideoff, i’m in agreement that the ghost tracks come off noticeably stronger.

    eurok, this and the k-def remix album robbie upped are the only 2 AG remix projects i’ve heard and that one was clearly better. i thought this was still worth people’s attention though. did you hear the k-def?

  8. I’m still downloading, but have ya’ll heard the Beirut jawn – Beirut Gangster? It’s the only AG remix that I’ve listened to and it’s damn good. Solid blaxploitation theme throughout.
